Prices will vary depending on the area of the land included. We will advise prior to mapping if there is an excess charge

Charges - based on acreage:
A detail plan, street plan and town plan for a property set in less than 2 hectares (4.9 acres) - £35

A detail plan with highlighted boundary, street plan and town plan set in less than 2 hectares (4.9 acres) - £65

For a property set in more than 2 hectares (4.9 acres) only highlighted plans can be used. Please request a quote.

Process

1. Download and complete BOTH the client fax header sheet and the the ruled grid. Draw an outline of the property showing the approximate boundaries. If you know the acreage write this on the page.
2. Once we receive the fax we will email you with confirmation of the price and supply a reference number. You must pay immediately using the payment form below quoting the reference number.
3. Using your initial drawings we will identify the property and the boundaries using Ordnance Survey mapping. We will draft the outline of the boundary and fax it to for you to make any alterations.
4. The plan is then faxed back to us. We will make the alterations and return to you by email for final approval. Once we receive approval the plan is added to your property entry.
5. Payment is made by debit/credit card or Paypal and taken when we receive your initial drawings and before the outline drawings are returned. Use the payment form below once you have received your reference number.
