Process
- 1. Download and complete the client fax header sheet.
- 2. Download the ruled grid, (use as many sheets as necessary). Draw an outline of the property - only include walls, windows, doors and wall openings. You must clearly show the measurements. Once completed fax this to us.
- 4. We will then email you with the price and a reference number. You must pay immediately using the payment form below quoting the reference number on the email.
- 3. We draw the outline of the property and email / fax it back for you to mark any alterations and add: staircases, built in cupboards, bathroom fittings, utility room fittings, kitchen fittings, chimney breasts and room names. Only items that are fixed and form part of the house can be included.
- 4. The plan is faxed back to us. We will amend the alterations and add the fittings. The floor plan is then emailed /faxed to you for final approval. Once we receive approval the plan is added to your property entry.
- 5. Payment is made by debit/credit card or Paypal and taken when we receive your initial drawings and before the outline drawings are returned. Use the payment form below once you have received your reference number.
